Policy Workshops

In February-March 2002, the Capacity Joint Table presented workshops across the country on the federal government’s policy making process, in conjunction with VSI consultations. In addition to learning about the policy making process, participants designed their own policy initiatives. The report on the workshops, Policy Grass Roots: Consultant’s Report on Eleven VSI Policy Workshops Held in All Provinces January to March 2002, informed the development of the other two Capacity Joint Table policy-related projects: Policy Internships and Fellowships (PIAF) and Participating in Federal Public Policy: A Guide for the Voluntary Sector
